NAME: Neon ( Real name Annalina Glock )
AGE: 23
GENDER: Female
RACE: Mutant
HAIR (COLOUR): Dark Brown
HAIR (STYLE): Long, layered bangs
EYE (COLOUR): Light Blue
SKIN TYPE: Green
HEIGHT: 5’7”
BUILD: Average to sturdy though still shapely, not very large chested.
PERSONALITY: Very brash, snappy, loves to pick fights. Though once you get close to her and accept the way she is she can be the most loyal person you ever met. One important note, never, ever, ever refer to her as anything green. Do not call her toad, weed, or anything else similar for it usually sparks a very pissy fight on Anna’s behalf. Usually more comical then serious but still very violent

She also has a habit of wanting to bring pets back to the base. She tends to mother animals and other like creatures, though people… well that’s a whole different story.

MUTATIONS: Neon is very close to plant life. She can seep poisons from her skin, create her own aroma, share her life force with plant life ( Somewhat controlling them, like making them grow bigger to block a enemy and so forth) though this drains from her strength the more she does it and grow thorns from her body. When they are no longer needed they are either pushed out, or reabsorbed for later use. Again, there is a limit to how many times she can do this. She needs to regrow them inside her flesh and that takes time. Her room is outfitted with special UVB lights to simulate artificial sun. Though she needs normal food and drink to survive the sunlight allows her to retain a fresh look and gives her added strength. When she is de-voided of sunlight for long periods of time her skin turns a dull green to brown and her flesh starts to crack a bit as if it’s really dried out.

One thing though with this modern polluted world makes Neon feel very segregated at times since plants are hard to find in the city and hell even in the outlands. The plants she usually finds aren’t the most healthy specimens.

CYBERNETICS: Neon has a fear of surgery and has yet to get any cybernetic enhancements. Her fear has put her life in danger on more then one occasion.

CLOTHING: Varies according to what she’s doing. She liked comfortable cloths though, her usual attire being combat boots, thick pants to protect her legs in the swamp. Fitted tank or shirt with loose hoodie of various styles. She also likes simple long skirts and shirts at times though the people at the militia very rarely see that side of her since she’s usually in combat mode.

HISTORY: Annalina grew up in a well off Mutie family, or in the least better off then most mutie’s. Not the richest people around but well off none the same. Her family made knock off medicinal supplies and sold them for profit to other mutants who needed them. (( I’m not sure if there are still factories around or not mass producing medicine and such… so hence the knock off medicinal supplies. Basically they would concoct this stuff in there home over the stove and in a basement lab. )) Some people blamed this for Anna being born green, though it was only superstition it was a weird coincidence all the same. A punishment for selling the supplies at such a high cost.

Anna grew up in this underhanded environment along with her brother. Learning from the best how to survive and thrive and make a situation work for her though also having a conscious at the same time. As well as a loud mouth that often got her in trouble. Anna is proud to be a mutant, though well, she could do without the green thing at times. She has caused many a fight by being blunt and shooting off her mouth at the wrong time. Don’t start her on any political topic, for this girl could stand on a proverbial soap box all day long and talk about it.

Later in her mid teen years she joined up with the mutant militia. Finding the life style thrilling and suiting her combatant nature. She learned many trades while being there but still tends to either stick to fighting or helping repair others wounds and fix them up. She is more of a herbalist / medicinal person then knowing how to deal with cybernetics. She’s simply just lost when it comes to that stuff since she has never had a desire to have anything installed…. Cause that all takes surgery you know.

One time she was seriously injured in a fight, she needed surgery to repair the damage and actually fought tooth and nail not to have it. She eventually had to be forcefully knocked out in order to save her life. This is a fear many mutants in the militia know about or at least the ones who have fought with her during the times she got injured bad enough or well, those who take the time to get to know her.

As far as the factories thing goes - there are still some mass production sites around but a lot of stuff is home-grown. Although that stems from the hugely diverse populace - with their hugely diverse needs - more than anything.
